Professional Supervision
PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION SERVICES

So you're motivated, independent, caring, and love working in psychology – despite this, we can still feel overwhelmed with it all! There is so much to do, and be aware of, how can we keep this up for the long term? We need strategies and support to develop self-awareness, sustainable practice, and to collaborate and reflect for growth and change. So we can obtain balance across both our professional and personal lives!
At Reliance Psychology Services we respect the experience you already carry as a practitioner (and a person), and provide a safe, non-judgemental, meaningful space for you to build on your existing knowledge, to sympathetically challenge you and guide you on your journey. We will support you to develop your own style of professional practice, to build the confidence and flexibility to work to best suit your clients needs, to promote best practice, and to be the best practitioner (and person) you can be.
Reliance Psychology Services offers empathetic and supportive supervision by experienced board-approved clinicians who understand the grind of University training programmes, the transition to "on-the-ground" work, and the need for sustainable and flexible practice to best support practitioners themselves, and our clients! Our supervisors are experienced in private practice and have skills in CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT and Schema Therapy. Our team has specialised interest in trauma, ADHD across the lifespan, and neurodevelopmental/cognitive assessment. We are skilled in facilitating Workers Compensation, Disability Support and NDIS applications.
Supervision services can be provided in person at West Gosford, NSW or via zoom.
Supervision for Endorsement: We can support early career psychologists via the 5+1 pathway (secondary supervision only), or registrar programme (to gain clinical endorsement) with AHPRA Board-approved supervision.
Professional Development: We can support ongoing professional development by collaborating to further enhance your skills and learnings in the assessment and treatment of mental health concerns. Particularly around complex trauma, and neurodevelopmental concerns (e.g., ASD and ADHD) across the lifespan.
